Service Description
Sharpen your knife skills in this course by participating in 3 weekly classes focused on cuisines that require different types of cutting. Finish each week with a great meal to enjoy, and take these new skills home to create your own delicious meals! Session One: Proper knife handling, care and use. How to cut: A whole chicken and use to make roasted chicken breast sandwich, rolled thigh stuffed and tied. Session Two: Proper knife handling, care and use. How to cut: Onion, garlic, orange, pork to make: Orange/ honey glazed pork, garlic and herb rice, and caramelized onion. Session Three: Improve your knife skills while enjoying Spring Rolls, Green & Garlic Shrimp, and Melon with lime, cilantro and honey dessert.
